Ok if it is your problem, try to follow the KB. For your log files, i don't know what it is and i dont know where you are located with this screenshot, so no , don't delete.
You can try to restart your host still using the DCUI interface. But if the restart management agents from DCUI is stuck , it is not really good, it cannot kill the process. And if ssh is not enable you haven't a lot of choice. You can wait that DCUI respond again or reset your host.
The log file on your ESX is located here : /var/log and try to attach here the hostd.log, vmkernel and messages log files.
